At Haudio Car Stereo, we want you to be fully satisfied with your audio upgrade. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, uninstalled condition.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original packaging, including all manuals, wiring harnesses, and mounting hardware to ensure a full refund.

  Ship to Haudio

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
